Job Title: Building Systems Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our building projects. This role requires strong technical knowledge and expertise in HVAC, power systems, and water distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement building systems that meet industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems, meeting project timelines and resource requirements.
  • Oversee the selection, installation, and maintenance of equipment and components for all building systems.
  • Ensure all systems comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Design and optimize systems for energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and minimal environmental impact.
  • Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical specifications, and cost estimates for all scope of work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in high-rise buildings, residential buildings, and townships.
  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience with project management software and tools.
  • Certification in building systems design and implementation.
Working Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
