Key Responsibilities

As a highly skilled User Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the entire UA funnel — from campaign conceptualization to in-depth performance analysis. Your goal will be to acquire high-quality users at scale and maximize long-term return on investment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, launching, and optimizing UA campaigns across various ad networks and platforms;
  • Managing daily campaign performance, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and creatives to hit key performance indicators;
  • Implementing structured A/B tests for campaigns, audiences, and creatives;
  • Ensuring accurate event configuration and tracking across ad platforms and MMPs;
  • Partnering with engineering teams to QA and troubleshoot SDK/event integrations;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in UA for mobile games;
  • Proven expertise with major ad platforms;
  • Strong working knowledge of MMPs, including event setup and analysis;
  • Deep understanding of UA KPIs;
  • Ability to run re-engagement campaigns and leverage MMP + platform data for targeting and predictive analysis;
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools;
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills;
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a high sense of ownership and accountability.
