Tech Lead - E-commerce Application Support

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team and lead the support of our e-commerce application.

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the support of our e-commerce application, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues, and provide technical guidance and support to our customers.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for mentoring and guiding junior team members, and contributing to the development of best practices and standards within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the support of our e-commerce application, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and provide technical guidance and support to customers.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure their continued growth and development.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and standards within the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 8-12 years of professional experience in technical leadership roles, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading technical teams and delivering results.
  • Strong technical skills, including expertise in NodeJS, Kibana, and Big Data.

Estimated Salary: ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum
