Key Role:

  • Leads and oversees geotechnical activities for large-scale open pit mine operations.
Job Responsibilities

The incumbent is accountable for undertaking geotechnical studies, pre-feasibility and feasibility reports, stability analysis, and simulation modeling to ensure effective slope stabilization and monitoring.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree in a relevant field such as Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with expertise in geotechnical investigations, slope stability analysis and simulation modeling.
  • Strong understanding of mining industry practices and geotechnical risks associated with open-pit mining.
