Lead marine infrastructure expert sought for high-profile port development projects in Trivandrum, Kerala.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex coastal and marine construction projects using advanced engineering techniques and software.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of marine structures including breakwaters, jetties, quays, and seawalls, as well as experience in coastal and marine engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Construction of Marine Structures: Lead the design, planning, and construction of marine infrastructure including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks for major port projects.
  • Coastal Engineering Expertise: Provide in-depth expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure in challenging coastal environments.
  • Structural and Geotechnical Analysis: Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments, ensuring the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.
  • Project Management and Coordination: Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, including project managers, consultants, contractors, and government bodies, to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.
