About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional to lead campus and institute outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for building strong relationships with TPOs, Principals, and other skilling partners across Delhi NCR and target states. The ideal candidate will have experience in planning and executing high-volume onboarding drives and events, as well as managing multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage with vocational institutes, Training & Placement Officers, and Principals.
  • Design and execute large-scale onboarding campaigns, including campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions, and placement workshops.
  • Own the end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach to registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and placement handover.
  • Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handovers, follow-ups, and improved offer-to-join conversions.
  • Foster candidate engagement through orientation sessions, basic employability workshops, and regular communication.
  • Develop and maintain a Management Information System (MIS) to track outreach, registrations, conversions, placement outcomes, and institute-level metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in mobilization, campus placements, institutional partnerships, community engagement, or recruitment.
  • Strong existing contacts or experience working with ITIs, Polytechnics, TPOs, training partners, or NSDC/state skill councils is advantageous.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust with Principals, TPOs, training managers, and local authorities.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful onboarding drives and events.
  • Strong field orientation, comfortable with frequent travel, overnight stays, and working on-site at institutes and industrial clusters.
  • Good command of English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language relevant to target geographies is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple mobilization projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with CRM/ATS tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic data dashboarding.
