Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Mobility Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our end-user computing infrastructure, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices.

As an Enterprise Mobility Specialist, you will be the go-to expert for all things related to mobile device management, security, and compliance. You will work closely with our engineering and packaging teams to develop and implement best-in-class solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing JAMF administration for MAC device management, user identity, and endpoint protection
  • Configuring Microsoft Intune device management and policy settings
  • Maintaining security compliance across our global endpoint estate using JAMF / SCCM / MECM / Azure
  • Ensuring vulnerabilities are patched quickly and compliance levels are maintained
  • Developing and implementing vulnerability, security, and Evergreen upgrade processes
  • Troubleshooting complex issues related to Windows group policy, MAC policy, and security patches
  • Analysis of log files and windows events to identify incidents and performance issues. Manage and Triage incidents with Service Delivery, IT Security and desktop support teams where relevant
  • Escalating issues to our 3rd party vendors including Microsoft, Apple, Dell, 1E and Devicelock
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive technical experience covering JAMF Administration, Microsoft Intune device management, and Microsoft Autopilot maintenance
  • Enterprise level patching and vulnerability management skills
  • Knowledge of build task sequence in SCCM
  • Enterprise level Group Policy and Active Directory troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced macOS and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting skills
  • Browser support and Microsoft Edge enterprise mode configuration expertise
  • Troubleshooting and optimization skills in an Enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding/experience of Remote access technologies and client troubleshooting – Pulse VPN, NetScaler, Zscaler Cloud Proxy
  • Active Directory and Group Policy, Azure AD knowledge
  • PKI infrastructure - Certificate Management and NDES expertise
