Senior Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our QA strategy, manage test teams, and maintain automation frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of QA engineers (manual and automation), overseeing development and maintenance of test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Cucumber (BDD), and managing test planning, execution, and reporting across UI, API, DB, and Performance testing scopes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute QA strategy across multiple projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of QA engineers to achieve high-quality testing outcomes.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of test automation frameworks to ensure efficient testing processes.
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting to meet business objectives.
  • Drive the adoption of test automation in CI/CD pipelines to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality releases.
  • Own and manage QA-related tools, infrastructure, and process improvements to optimize testing processes.
  • Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and maintain test metrics/dashboards to track progress.
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and defect reports to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Perform risk analysis and provide mitigation strategies for testing challenges to minimize risks.
  • Advocate for quality across the SDLC to promote a culture of excellence.
