Business Analyst Position

The role of Business Analyst is a key component within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) department. In this capacity, you will leverage 5-8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management to drive business outcomes.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong stakeholder engagement, analysis, and documentation skills. They must have a good understanding of IDP concepts, API authentication, and credential management. Additionally, they should be able to apply these skills across various Business Analyst assignments within the IAM domain.

Key responsibilities include working closely with team members in Malaysia and Chennai, engaging with application teams across the bank globally. You will lead the manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage, reaching out to application teams to consolidate and govern collected information. An accurate inventory of IDP/API usage will be built through questionnaires that capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.

Primary focus areas will include understanding and documenting how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications. After completing this discovery phase, process documentation, operationalization, and supporting governance enforcement will follow. Preparing for integration into the future centralized technical solution is also an essential task. Collaboration with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams will deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions. Supporting go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks will round out the role.
