Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Operations Specialist to join our organization.

About the Role

This is a long-term contract position that requires the ability to work in a rotational shift, including weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with ambiguous or undefined problems by thinking abstractly
  • Perform requirements analysis, interface with stakeholders, and document solutions
  • Develop excellent interpersonal skills
  • Maintain knowledge on Microsoft Entra ID, SailPoint identity secure cloud, two-step verification, and application used for it
  • Understand the difference between authentication and authorization, role-based access control, and database management
  • Work as an energetic team player who adapts to change and enjoys rapid development

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with modern Identity and Access Management products, preferably SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC, MS Entra ID, CyberArk
  • Experience in building IAM solutions in a complex landscape involving 100+ applications of various integration types
  • Experience in designing Role Based Access Control system, Segregation of Duties, Entitlement Management, Identity lifecycle management, JML workflow
  • Experience in modern authentication methodologies like SAML based Federation, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, etc.
  • Experience in contributing to SOC/Sox internal and external Audits
  • Experience in working with Agile teams
