Quality Assurance Specialist - Automation Test

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate automation test specialist to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our digital products.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent.

They will also be responsible for building and enhancing test automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities include conducting functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web and mobile platforms.

Additionally, the candidate will analyze test results, identify bugs, and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

Other key responsibilities include working closely with product owners and developers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

Finally, the candidate will continuously evaluate and improve automation strategies, tools, and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
  • Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, etc.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
