About the QA Role

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the highest standards of quality and reliability for our mobile franchise, Jackpot Party Casino.

This is a remote position that requires a strong sense of ownership and precision in developing and executing tests on new features, tools, and game content. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.

  • Ensure all software meets exacting standards with an exceptional level of detail and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Document and track issues using bug tracking software from discovery through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early.
  • Reproduce and isolate complex issues to support engineering resolution efforts.
  • Generate clear and concise QA documentation, reports, and feedback summaries.
  • Identify gaps in test coverage and suggest process improvements.
LiveOps QA Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the quality and stability of live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities.
  • Test configured Live Events, covering economy setups, asset triggers, segmentation logic, and campaign flows.
Feature QA Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution.
  • Write and maintain Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray.
Requirements
  • Must have 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on experience with bug tracking and test management tools.
