Job Title: Cisco Network Engineer

**Job Description**
Cisco UCCE and CUCM Engineers are responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting contact center solutions. They develop IVR self-service scripts, integrate Nuance TTS/STT functionality, and configure Cisco Cube.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
* Minimum 5 years of experience with Cisco UCCE, CUCM, Unity, and IVR scripting* Expert knowledge of UCCE call flow design, routing scripts, and peripheral applications* Advanced knowledge of Cisco Cube configuration, SIP/ISDN protocols, dial plans, and device pool management* Familiarity with Cisco Unity Voicemail, unified messaging, ACD, and integration to CRM packages* Proficient with tools and diagnostic utilities for troubleshooting VoIP, UC, and network issues* Excellent communication, collaborative, and documentation skills* Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)* Preferred: CCNP, CCIE Collaboration, or CCNA Voice
