Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Data Solutions Specialist to design, develop, and manage enterprise data solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role involves designing end-to-end data solutions that align with business and technical requirements. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in data architecture, data warehousing, and big data processing frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining data models, storage strategies, data ingestion, processing, and consumption frameworks. They will also implement data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts using services like BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub, and Composer.

This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into scalable architectures. Additionally, the candidate will design data governance, security, and compliance frameworks for cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design end-to-end data solutions on GCP
  • Define data models, storage strategies, data ingestion, processing, and consumption frameworks
  • Implement data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs
  • Design data governance, security, and compliance frameworks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in GCP data services: BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, Data Catalog
  • Proficient in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, and big data processing frameworks
  • Experience with SQL, Python, and Terraform for infrastructure as code
