Job Description:

About the Role

As a business leader, you will be responsible for driving financial and operational performance across various segments. This includes leading the financial reporting functions, overseeing working capital management, and implementing internal controls over financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders.
  2. Oversee working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financing for both long-term and short-term requirements.
  3. Implement, monitor, and audit Internal Controls Over Financial Reporting (ICOFR).
  4. Act as a technical expert for accounting matters, leading stakeholder relationships with external consultants and statutory auditors.
  5. Prepare monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) and financial statements for stakeholder reporting.
  6. Manage revenue reporting and accounts receivable (AR) functions for relevant segments.
  7. Monitor compliance within outsourced ecosystems for segments and lead finance ERP implementation charters.
  8. Collaborate with the Finance Automation team to enhance reporting capabilities across functions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Integrity: High moral, ethical, and personal values in decision-making, communication, and actions.
  • Strong analytical skills to link financial results to operational performance drivers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability in changing circumstances and ability to drive positive change.
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, Zoho, and inventory/WMS systems.
