Job Purpose:

As a key member of the disbursement team, you will be responsible for evaluating and verifying loan disbursement requests to ensure they align with lender guidelines and borrower needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review documents according to prescribed policy and coordinate with internal departments.
  • Ensure all conditions and requirements precedent to disbursement are satisfied and internal rules are complied with prior to approval and payment.
  • Underwrite as needed in files.
  • Minimize risk and ensure a smooth loan process through accurate and compliant disbursements.
  • Monitor Approval Rate Credit & End to End TAT Pending Reasons Rejection Reason in real-time.
  • Process loan disbursements according to customer request and organizational timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with processes/ procedures stipulated under SOPs, Policies, Guidelines and Regulations.
  • Handle business system requirements, testing and enhancement of processing and reporting systems according to scheduled timelines.
  • Assess applicant financial backgrounds, income, credit scores, debt levels, and employment history to make informed decisions about loan approvals, terms, and interest rates.
