About the Role:

As an Area Sales Manager for LAP, you will be pivotal in driving our growth within your assigned territory. You will take complete ownership of the LAP sales cycle, from initial sourcing to final disbursement, while effectively leading and mentoring your sales team and DSOs. This role demands strong market knowledge, deep product understanding, and a relentless focus on targets and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the entire Loan Against Property (LAP) process, from lead sourcing and application to credit approval and final disbursement.

- Team Leadership & Guidance: Lead, manage, and motivate your sales team and DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), guiding them through daily visits and ensuring they meet their objectives.

- Network & Knowledge: Leverage your strong DSA network (50+) to drive business, supported by your solid product knowledge of LAP and sound financial understanding.

- Target Achievement: Drive daily login and disbursal targets for the team, consistently aiming to exceed business goals.

- Process & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all internal sales processes, credit policies, and regulatory compliance throughout the sales cycle.

- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve sales excellence.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

- Experience: 8-15 years of overall sales experience, with a minimum of 4+ years specifically in team handling within the financial services or lending sector.

- LAP Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in Loan Against Property (LAP), covering the full sales cycle.

- Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage, guide, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

- Network: An established and strong network of 50+ DSAs is highly preferred.

- Performance Track Record: A strong and verifiable track record of achieving proven performance in your current or previous sales management roles.

- Product & Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of LAP products and strong financial concepts.
