Business Development Manager

Job Summary
Takeda is seeking a highly skilled Business Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial operations, you will be responsible for driving business growth and maximizing utilization in key therapy areas and patient outcomes of our Immunology & GI products in designated territories/accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive business objectives and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, customers, and internal teams.
- Conduct market surveillance and communicate in-field intelligence to key internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of account plans.
- Monitor and analyze account plan progress, identifying areas for improvement and proposing mitigating actions as needed.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in business development and account management.
- Strong understanding of the Immunology & GI market and our products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
