Job Title: Campus Operations Director

This is a leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of hostel operations, managing key external partnerships, and serving as the primary point of contact for student and parent-related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within hospitality, luxury housing, student co-living, or client experience sectors. They must be able to handle student concerns and high-touch parent interactions with confidence and empathy.

The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of hostel operations strategies, drive outcomes through their team, set standards, and ensure seamless collaboration between departments. They will also oversee all third-party vendors and partners involved in housekeeping, security, food, and maintenance services.

This opportunity allows you to build trust and confidence across all stakeholder groups through consistent delivery and empathetic engagement. The role requires strong conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of hostel operations strategy.
  • Leading a team of hostel managers, support staff, and vendor coordinators.
  • Closely working with the Programme Director and Parent Affairs Team.
  • Maintaining proactive, transparent communication with parents.
  • Building trust and confidence across all stakeholder groups.
  • Oversight of third-party vendors and partners.
  • Reviewing and approving SOPs, incident reports, safety checks, and compliance protocols.
  • Championing a positive residential culture.
  • Designing initiatives to gather feedback and continuously improve the residential experience.
  • Collaborating with student councils or committees.
  • Presenting regular reports on hostel performance and student satisfaction.
