At Pearson VUE, we are seeking an OnVUE Technical Support Coordinator to join our operations team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service and technical support to candidates who experience issues during the OnVUE exam process.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering first-class customer service and a patient, positive, compassionate demeanor. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with technology and a team to deliver solutions to complex problems.

About the Role
  • Provide live troubleshooting and post-issue research within the Pearson VUE case management system
  • Analyze candidate issues and perform necessary actions to reach a resolution
  • Act as an escalation point for global testing candidates
Responsibilities
  • Deliver first-class customer service to candidates and clients through skills sharpened and grown
  • Respond to candidate issues using internal processes and critical thinking skills
  • Collect essential information to highlight trends and share findings with internal stakeholders
  • Follow through on commitments and take responsibility for results
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic technical troubleshooting experience preferred
