Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to handle multiple calls and emails simultaneously, respond to client inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Greeting and Handling:
    • • Greet clients warmly and direct them to the relevant department or staff member.
  • Call Management:
    • • Handle incoming calls and transfer to appropriate departments.
    • • Maintain a professional tone and resolve general inquiries.
  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • • Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
    • • Coordinate with the HR or management for interviews or client meetings.
  • Record Maintenance:
    • • Maintain a visitor logbook and monitor office entries.
    • • Update and manage records of inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
  • Fundamental Qualifications:
    • • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Key Skills:
    • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • • Ability to multitask (reception and telecalling).
    • • Professional appearance and demeanor.
    • • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
