We are seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion HCM expert to join our team as a trainer. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in mentoring learners and delivering high-quality training sessions on Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM features and releases, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Mentor learners through hands-on exercises and real-world case studies
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment for trainees
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong expertise in core HR, payroll, absence, benefits, talent, and recruiting modules
  • Prior training or mentoring experience is highly desirable
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for teaching and guiding learners towards career success
