Reliable System Architect

Job Overview:

This is a challenging position that requires software engineering and operations expertise to design, build, and maintain systems capable of handling high production traffic efficiently.

  • Experience with Observability Tools: A solid understanding of Dynatrace, including on-premises and SaaS solutions, is essential for success in this role.
  • Dashboard Design Expertise: Proficiency in setting up and designing dashboards using various tools is necessary to effectively monitor system performance.
  • Observability Expertise: Complete understanding of SLI/SLO/SLA concepts is required to ensure optimal system reliability.
  • Open-Source Observability Stack Knowledge: Familiarity with open-source observability tools and technologies is a must-have for this position.
  • AWS Service Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AWS services, including Cloud Watch, X-Ray, Lambda, and data flow management, is required to ensure seamless system integration.
  • OpenShift Rosa - Red Hat OpenShift on AWS Experience: Practical experience with OpenShift Rosa and Red Hat OpenShift on AWS is highly valued in this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in higher-level programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C++, or Java is also necessary.
