We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client-Centric Executive to join our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve client issues in a timely and efficient manner using excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and meet client expectations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Minimum age: 18 years.
- Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Computer savvy.
- Comfortable working in a BPO environment.
- Freshers and candidates with domestic or international BPO experience are welcome.
- Afternoon shift: 3 PM - 10 PM.
- Working days: 6 days a week.
- Weekly off: All Sundays fixed off.
Fixed salary with incentives. Attendance allowance. Traveling and food allowance. Monthly salary for freshers: ₹7,000 - ₹9,000. For experienced candidates, remuneration will be discussed based on their profile and experience.
Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
