IT Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT recruitment specialist to join our team. As an IT recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting IT professionals for technical roles across various platforms.

Your primary objective will be to identify top talent in the IT industry and attract them to our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.

Your tasks will include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including interviews, offers, and onboarding. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.

To succeed in this role, you must stay updated on IT industry trends and best practices. This knowledge will enable you to effectively source and screen candidates, ensuring we attract top tech talent.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in sourcing and screening, and a strong understanding of the IT industry. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for recruitment, we encourage you to apply.
