Software Test Data Specialist

At our organization, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Software Test Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management group, you will be responsible for designing and implementing test data management strategies that support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

The successful candidate will have experience in configuring and managing Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments. Additionally, they will be able to analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain test data management strategies
  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools
  • Analyze source systems to identify PII and sensitive data
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools
  • Strong understanding of RDBMS and ability to write complex SQL queries
