Project Management Associate Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead project execution, grant management, partner coordination, research, analysis, documentation, and ecosystem engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in executing projects, managing grant deliverables, coordinating with external partners, conducting background research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required.

  • Support project execution by creating work plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely and high-quality output.
  • Assist in managing grant deliverables, including tracking timelines, gathering data, and supporting reporting.
  • Liaise with external partners to build long-term relationships, coordinate meetings, capture notes, and maintain strong communication.
  • Conduct background research, benchmarking, and stakeholder mapping as required.
  • Draft reports, case studies, presentations, toolkits, and other knowledge outputs.
  • Support ecosystem engagement efforts, including event coordination, outreach to stakeholders, and tracking engagement activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years or more of experience in the development sector.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently, build systems and processes, and navigate a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage complex project deliverables with agility and adaptability.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives, engaging with senior stakeholders, and fostering partnerships.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
