Content Strategist

The successful candidate will shape and manage the company's content strategy, create impactful content, and enhance the company's online presence across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute content strategies for multiple platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and marketing materials.
  • Manage content production and distribution to increase engagement and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content supports marketing and business goals.
  • Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging.
  • Monitor content performance, analyze results, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially in real estate, to create relevant and compelling content.
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and adherence to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support internal communications and assist in the development of marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 6 years of experience in content creation, development, and strategy, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in content management tools and basic SEO practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferred Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
