As a team leader, you will oversee daily operations of 10-12 employees in General Insurance or Chat Process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Performance Management: Ensure smooth functioning by consistently meeting SLA's and managing performance metrics.
  • Team Development: Lead high-performing teams by fostering good communication skills and interpersonal relationships.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Be willing to work rotational shifts with split work offs.

The ideal candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in General Insurance or Chat Process, with at least 1 year of experience in team handling. They should possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable working from the office.
