We are seeking an experienced Research Development Professional

  • To design synthetic routes that meet project timelines and regulatory requirements.
  • To contribute to technology differentiation strategies and enhance our scientific credibility.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated drug development solutions.

About the Role:

  • Develop robust and scalable chemical processes using Quality by Design principles.
  • Conduct laboratory experiments for reaction optimization and process safety assessment.
  • Prepare and review technical reports, SOPs, and technology transfer documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) during lab-scale and pilot-scale operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process R&D, preferably in Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO).
  • Hands-on expertise in synthesis, scale-up, impurity profiling, and technology transfer.
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, NMR) and regulatory documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and equipment.
