Job Title: Executive - Warehouse Operations - Contract Logistics

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in warehouse operations? Do you have a passion for leading teams and driving results? We are seeking an experienced executive to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Executive - Contract Logistics.

This role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for warehouse positions. You will lead the coordination of pre-employment screenings, manage employee relations issues, and facilitate training and development initiatives for warehouse staff. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR records, collaborating with corporate HR team members, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for warehouse positions
  • Manage the onboarding process for new warehouse employees
  • Provide guidance and support to warehouse supervisors and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Address employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives for warehouse staff
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree from a recognized university or institute
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to present yourself well across the organization
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Excel
