Job Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven individual to lead our regional warehouse operations. This key leadership role requires strong expertise in end-to-end warehouse management, customer handling, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee regional warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage regional warehouse budget, focusing on cost control, productivity, and profitability.
  • Drive efficiency in inbound logistics, storage, inventory management, order processing, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
  • Design and implement customized operational solutions for customers, optimize layouts, manpower planning, and material handling systems.
  • Develop strong relationships with key customers; ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the operations team to deliver high performance and service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal audit guidelines.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other digital solutions to drive efficiency and visibility in operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in warehouse operations & logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in operations management, customer solutioning, and problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehousing processes, labor regulations, and local compliances.
  • Proven track record of handling large-scale warehouses / multi-client facilities.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
