Warehouse Management Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the efficient management of warehouse operations, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Warehouse Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, supply chain management, and inventory control.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Manage the receiving, storing, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of inventory levels.
  3. Develop and implement effective warehouse layouts to optimize space utilization and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movements, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
  7. Required Skills and Qualifications:
  8. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  9. Minimum 15 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in a large organization.
  10. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  12. Proficiency in SAP system, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.

  18. Candidate should be a bachelor's degree holder in engineering with at least 15+ years of experience in renowned organizations and ready to relocate to Naroda.
  19. He should have knowledge of warehouse processes like from receipt of material (GRN), binning, issue of material etc. through SAAP system. He must have handled 50+Cr. of inventory and having experience in handling heavy components, should have knowledge of types/class of inventories and related activities.
  20. Should have handled 10-20 contract persons and should able to get worked done from these contractual employee.
