Warehouse Inventory Specialist

The goal of this position is to maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that our customers receive the correct products. This role involves reconciling inventory discrepancies between our warehouse management system (WMS) and physical stock.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Verify inventory quantities against WMS records and update discrepancies in real-time.
  • Monitor inward shipments, process orders, and track cancelled items to ensure accuracy.
  • Plan and execute regular cycle counts for each customer to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct thorough wall-to-wall counting at least quarterly to verify inventory levels.
  • Maintain a minimum 99.65% inventory accuracy rate and keep inventory loss below 0.03%.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance and provide insights.
  • Design and implement procedures to prevent high-value item loss and reduce warehouse damages.
  • Daily count packing materials to prevent discrepancies.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills and experience working with MS Excel. Familiarity with order processing software is also beneficial.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5-7 years of experience in inventory management.
