Job Overview

As a skilled professional in the field of information security, you will be responsible for conducting end-to-end risk assessments across various products, platforms, processes, and changes to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.

  • Perform thorough and consistent scoring using defined likelihood/impact scales and determine levels based on established thresholds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive treatment decisions and produce clear treatment plans with owners and dates. Manage acceptance and escalation based on predetermined criteria.
  • Maintain an up-to-date Risk Register with current statuses, residual risk, review dates, and evidence.
  • Effectively communicate results and treatment plans to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and trigger re-reviews when assets, threats, or vulnerabilities change; schedule periodic reassessments.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in InfoSec risk, GRC, or audit with a focus on assessment operations.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with NIST RMF (SP 800-37) and control catalogs.
  • Proven ability to follow a defined process with high accuracy and stamina.
  • Excellent written communication skills for treatment plans, acceptance memos, and stakeholder updates.
  • Hands-on experience with GRC/risk tools and strong spreadsheet hygiene.
  • Comfortable assessing application/service changes, infrastructure, and vendors using structured questionnaires and evidence.
  • Basic data analysis skills for slicing risk data.
