Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Research and Development professional to lead our Information Security initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving the development of cutting-edge security solutions, ensuring the highest level of protection for our systems and data.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in multiple areas, including cyber security, threat intelligence, cloud security posture management, risk assessment, vulnerability analytics, identity access management, privileged access management, human and non-human identity protection, zero trust networks, API security, phishing attacks, data classification and security, predictive modeling & AI security platforms, and intrusion detection systems.

The selected candidate will be expected to research and evaluate emerging technologies, draw risk scenarios, and present findings to senior management. They will also collaborate with internal technology teams to share best practices and develop comprehensive security strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand current network, cloud, and application setup.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technology solutions.
  • Draw risk scenarios and recommended actions.
  • Present research findings, reports, and advisories to senior management.
  • Collaborate with internal technology teams to share best practices.
  • Develop comprehensive security strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in R&D, preferably in cyber security or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Fluent English language skills.
