Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for manual discovery of Identity Provider (IDP) and API Gateway usage across applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Malaysia and Chennai, while engaging with global application teams.
  • Lead manual discovery of IDP and API gateway usage, leveraging technical expertise to identify integrations.
  • Engage with application teams, consolidate information, and build an accurate inventory of IDP/API usage.
  • Use questionnaires to capture details on authentication methods, credential lifecycles, and governance gaps.
  • Focus on understanding and documenting how API credentials and authentication lifecycles are managed across applications.
  • After completing this discovery phase, move on to process documentation, operationalization, and supporting governance enforcement.
  • Prepare for integration into the future centralized technical solution.
  • Collaborate with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable and compliant onboarding solutions.
  • Support go-live activities, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation checks.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT Information Security.
  • Good understanding of IAM control reviews.
  • Experience in user access administration model on various Applications.
  • Experience in IAM projects, particularly around IDP and API security.
  • Good understanding of Agile methodology.
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to handover the transition efficiently.
  • Good experience in managing Application & Infrastructure related issues.
  • Good knowledge in project planning and risk management.
  • Escalation Management and Stakeholder Management.
  • Preferred Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of IDP and API authentication mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of API credential lifecycle and governance practices.
  • Ability to conduct manual discovery, engage stakeholders, and capture complex technical flows.
