Job Title: Information Security Manager

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Information Security Manager to join our team. This critical role will be instrumental in strengthening our organization's security posture, ensuring compliance with global standards, and serving as a key liaison with clients regarding our security protocols.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and execution of security controls, procedures, and protocols across the organization.
  2. Ensure ongoing compliance with relevant frameworks and regulations including ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and others as applicable.
  3. Conduct internal reviews of security practices, identifying gaps or vulnerabilities, and ensuring timely remediation.
  4. Review, update, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to maintain a robust security posture.
  5. Meet with prospective and current clients to explain our security protocols, address concerns, and support compliance-related inquiries.
  6. Proactively identify risks and recommend practical solutions to mitigate threats.
  7. Maintain clear and comprehensive records of security activities, compliance status, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years in information security, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong background in implementing and managing security programs aligned with global standards.
  • Experience communicating technical security concepts to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, or similar certifications.
