Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Information Security Manager to oversee the security infrastructure of our organization.

This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the smooth operation of our network and systems.

  • Manage the WAN and LAN security infrastructure, ensuring all systems are up-to-date and secure.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SIEM, event log management, patch management/anti-virus/URL web filtering, vulnerability assessment, checkpoint firewalls, ASA, ACS, PIM, DDoS, APT, and UTM solutions.

They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to implement security improvements by assessing current situations, evaluating trends, anticipating requirements, and maintaining SOP and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and activities of the outsourced team, focusing on regulatory compliance and effective technology mapping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date asset inventory with zero errors.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate working knowledge of server, storage, and network architectures to support informed decision-making.

Requirements
  • Graduate in BE/BSc IT or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in information security and IT.

The following skills are required:

  • Information security policies, procedures, compliance monitoring, disaster recovery operations, and incident response.
  • Internal and external systems audit covering key areas like network security, security operations, vulnerability assessment, access control, SIEM, event log management, patch management/anti-virus/URL web filtering, and more.

A good understanding of information security standards and compliance needs is essential for this role.

Functional Competencies
  • Determine security violations and inefficiencies by reviewing system logs and implementing corrective actions.
  • Upgrade systems by implementing and maintaining security controls, including vendor management and SLA monitoring.
