Job Description:

We are seeking an expert Scientific Content Visualizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scientific graphic designing, with the ability to transform complex concepts into engaging visuals for diverse audiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality graphical abstracts summarizing scientific studies, analyzing manuscripts to extract essential visual elements and concepts, developing storyboards outlining the visual narrative, and collaborating with researchers, writers, and clients to refine and finalize the visual representation.

A strong understanding of the scientific publishing and science communication landscape is essential for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or PhD degree in STEM fields (especially Biology, Biotechnology, Medicine, Chemistry, Physics, or Engineering)
  • 3-5 years of experience in scientific graphic designing, communicating science and complex research into visually engaging output
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in 3D designs using Blender is an added advantage
  • Experience in scientific graphic designing, medical illustrations, journal cover designs, and graphical abstracts
