We are seeking a seasoned Transition Manager with expertise in handling complex IT projects. As part of our Property & Casualty team, you will oversee multiple transition initiatives across various functions.

  • At least 16 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in non-F&A functions like applications and infrastructure delivery and migration.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale migration projects.
  • Proficiency in using MS Visio, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, process flow mapping, and documentation.
Key Skills

We require the following skills for this role:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Leading multiple transition projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project management principles.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams across global delivery centers.
  • Establishing robust governance, tracking deliverables, and reporting status to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, as well as capturing learning and best practices.
  • Delivering training to internal managers on our organization's transition methodology and approach.
