  • Participate in assessments to determine training needs for the team.
  • Understand strategic business objectives and facilitate project scope definition, goals, and deliverables.
  • Contribute to the creation and review of transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and define business cases; develop detailed project charters, plans, and transition plans based on solution complexity, priorities, and deliverables.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Provide customers with a distinct advantage by managing both IT and operations.
  • Optimize the transition methodology to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality.
  • Manage risk – understand operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Responsible for creating and/or maintaining project management documents including status reports, project plans, knowledge transfer documentation, and requisite approvals.
  • Participate in opportunity analysis/due diligence of potential projects. Support solutioning of new bids/RFP-RFI responses/client presentations and sales cycles.
