Job Title: Transition Manager

Description:

  • We are seeking a skilled Transition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Business Services team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of customer journeys from Request for Proposal (RFP) stage to successful transition execution.
  • Your primary focus will be on delivering end-to-end transition solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. You will work closely with various stakeholders to develop customized transition plans and ensure seamless project execution.
  • You will also play a crucial role in enhancing our transition framework, tools, and accelerators by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive transition plans tailored to specific client needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in IT industry with a strong background in project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful transition projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Office Suites (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree or equivalent.
  • Scrum/ Agile/ PMP/ ITIL/ Six Sigma certification is a plus.
