Transition Manager Job Description

The Transition Manager is a key role that requires expertise in managing multiple transitions and executing projects from initiation to closure. This position reports to the Transition Leader and involves internal and external reporting, tracking, and governance calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the customer's single point of contact for all questions, decisions, actions, and updates
