Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and skilled Project Coordinator to join our interior execution team.

This role requires a deep understanding of project processes, exceptional organizational skills, strong client communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review project quotes, BOQs, and budget analysis for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor design changes and update project documentation accordingly.
  • Coordinate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure successful project completion.
  • Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation for easy access.
  • Act as the single point of contact for major clients, ensuring seamless communication and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for post-project settlements.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Relevant experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields is essential.
  • A strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English, are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively is crucial.
