Interior Design Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interior Design Project Manager to lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.

  • Develop project briefs and drive client presentations in collaboration with sales and design leadership.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget.
  • Supervise and mentor design teams to achieve high-quality, innovative, and functional designs that meet client expectations.
  • Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design, cost, and execution, while providing leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design with a proven track record in leading high-profile projects.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, along with deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership, handling multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.
