Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Project Manager to join our team.

This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring seamless coordination between teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and quality standards.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Facilitate and document project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-project evaluations, ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and key updates to stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners.
  • Mentor and oversee team members, ensuring their professional growth, training, and on-the-job delivery.
  • Oversee and guide project teams, including internal staff, external vendors, and contractors, ensuring effective resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
  • 4-6 years coordinating or managing projects in the IT industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Experience working with agile software development teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
