We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Funding Manager to lead and manage all funding-related activities for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Funding Strategies: Develop and implement funding strategies that meet business requirements, including raising funds and managing relationships with financial institutions and investors.
  • Raise Funds and Manage Relationships: Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding, maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate Funding Proposals: Evaluate funding proposals and assess the financial viability of potential investments.
  • Prepare Reports and Updates: Prepare and present funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance, with a preferred qualification of MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent.
  • Network and Skills: Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors, excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of financial instruments and compliance.
