About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned finance professional who can collaborate closely with senior management to define and execute our financial strategy, driving long-term success and stability.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day financial operations, optimizing processes, and contributing to the organization's growth and financial health.

  • Oversee financial accounts in various regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Supervise AR/AP, Payroll, tax, and statutory compliance operations.
  • Provide stakeholders with financial visibility through regular reports on performance.
  • Forecast cash flow, assess borrowing needs, and determine available funds for expenses and investments.
  • Assist in preparing budgets at organizational and functional levels.
  • Report budget variances to management, providing detailed explanations.
Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in finance roles, preferably in small to medium-sized companies or technology startups.
  • In-depth knowledge of GAAP, with practical experience in global finance practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and address new challenges.
