Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Credit Risk Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in credit analysis, risk management, and effective credit policy implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough credit analysis to assess customer creditworthiness, developing and implementing effective credit policies and procedures to minimize risk, and ensuring seamless credit processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on credit-related matters to internal stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Professional experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of credit principles, including credit scoring and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in credit software applications and systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
